One of a Kind. This is a lovely 2nd Division grouping consisting of a WWII Era issue Purple Heart Medal engraved to Herver Hotte, and his WWI Victory Medal with 5 clasps. Hotte was born in St. Rose, Canada, and immigrated to the United States at a young age, serving with the Revenue Cutter Service before it was combined with the Life Saving Service to form the Coast Guard. Hotte served with the 9th Infantry Regiment, the Manchus,
